Explore Our Process

Microcement is a versatile coating made up of multiple layers—typically primer, base coats, finish coats, and sealer. The exact combination depends on the performance required and the surface it’s applied to. We use seven key Forcrete systems designed to handle a wide variety of substrates and applications while maintaining durability and finish quality.

Microcement Floors

We offer three floor systems to accommodate different types of substrates. All systems share the same final layers, ensuring consistent texture, finish, and performance. Less stable floors require the Belt and Braces Floor, which includes fiberglass mesh reinforcement and heavy-duty base coats. More stable substrates can use simplified options like Fast Floor. Performance and durability are never compromised.

Microcement Walls & More

Three wall systems cover ceilings, millwork, fireplaces, hood fans, and other surfaces. Inside showers, we always use the Belt and Braces Wall system for maximum durability. For other areas, simplified systems can be used, though less stable substrates may require more extensive preparation.

Microcement Specialty Uses

Specialty systems are designed for enhanced durability and easier installation where needed. These are ideal for steam showers, countertops, staircases, sinks, and vanities, providing a strong, long-lasting surface without compromising the finish.
